Registered Dietitian
Sydney Huang is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. She holds a Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph.
She has supported patients across diverse care environments, including family health teams, long-term care homes, outpatient clinics, and community health programs. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals managing diabetes, chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular conditions, and those seeking evidence-based support for obesity and metabolic health. Sydney has worked closely with patients using nutrition-first and medication-supported approaches to weight management, helping them establish sustainable nutrition and behaviour strategies.
Through personalized nutrition care, Sydney strives to support patients of all ages to build sustainable eating habits that align with their lifestyle, cultural background, and health goals. She is committed to making nutrition knowledge accessible and meaningful.
