Erin Mignault is a bilingual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over four decades of experience providing comprehensive care across a wide range of clinical settings. At Metabolite Clinic, she delivers longitudinal primary care with a focused expertise in obesity management, metabolic health, and menopause care.
Erin earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Manitoba, a Master of Science in Nursing from York University, and a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner diploma from the University of Ottawa. Her extensive training and experience support a holistic, evidence-based approach to primary care, addressing complex medical needs while integrating weight management and hormonal health into ongoing care plans.
A strong advocate for patients who face barriers to accessing healthcare—including refugees, street-involved youth, members of the LGBTQ2 community, and veterans living with PTSD—Erin practices inclusive, trauma-informed primary care. She is particularly passionate about supporting women through the menopausal transition, helping patients manage metabolic changes, hormone-related symptoms, and overall health with confidence and clarity.
